Mr. Pranav Gadi began his practice with the Tier 1 law firm J. Sagar Associates. His primary practice area is corporate-commercial, where he has advised multinational and domestic companies, start-ups, high-net-worth individuals, and privately held family businesses on a wide range of legal matters.
In his corporate-commercial practice, Mr. Gadi specialises in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strategic tie-ups, and general day-to-day corporate advisory services. In addition to his commercial work, he has assisted clients in dispute matters before District Courts, Tribunals, High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal, and the Supreme Court of India.
Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Gadi spent several years working with leading law firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, and with Senior Advocate Akhil Sibal in his chambers.
